Refund/Cancellation Policy
In the event an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we request that you provide us a 24 hour advance notice. All procedures totaling more than $100 require a 50% deposit. Refunds are not available, but credit may be applied to other services upon owner discretion.
Please Note: The receptionist can not be responsible for watching young children. Our insurance prohibits children from being in the salon while their parent is receiving extended services. We appreciate your help in making this a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Thank you.

Scheduling is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. We recommend reserving your next appointment before you leave to guarantee availability of times and services. For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you turn your cell phone and other devices off while in the salon area.
Please give a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services you were scheduled for. There is a $20 fee on any returned checks. A credit card deposit is required for certain services.
